Solheim Cup: Paula Creamer and Brittany Lang chosen by USA
Former US Women's Open champion Paula Creamer and Brittany Lang have been chosen as the USA's two wildcards for next month's Solheim Cup.
Creamer, 29, will make her sixth appearance in the biennial team event against Europe.
Lang, 30, will represent the US for a fourth time when the teams meet in St. Leon-Rot, Germany from 18-20 September.
Europe captain Carin Koch will announce her four wildcards at approximately 11:30 BST on Tuesday.
"They add a lot to the team, not just as far as golf but chemistry and experience," said US captain Juli Inkster.
The Solheim Cup, played in a Ryder Cup format of foursomes, fourballs and singles, was won by Europe on American soil for the first time in 2013.
