Glenn Murray: Bournemouth agree £5m fee for Crystal Palace striker
Bournemouth have agreed a fee of £5m with fellow Premier League side Crystal Palace for striker Glenn Murray.
The 31-year-old needs to agree personal terms and have a medical on Tuesday before 18:00 BST the transfer deadline.
Murray has scored 47 goals in 125 appearances for Palace since joining from Brighton in May 2011.
But Palace boss Alan Pardew will allow him to leave following the arrival of 22-year-old frontman Connor Wickham from Sunderland.
Murray played for Carlisle and Rochdale before joining Brighton in January 2008, moving to Palace in 2011 on a free transfer.
This summer, Bournemouth have already signed defender Tyrone Mings, midfielder Lee Tomlin and winger Max Gradel.
The Cherries have taken four points from their first four games in the top flight, where they are playing for the first time in their history after winning the Championship last season.
